Quick Review: Mostly exquisite on the outside, if empty within, the film's lavish production design, exuberant visuals, and splendid details capture the eye, but the shocking absence of imposing dance sequences, and the somewhat fabricated whimsical tone make "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" look more like a fancy mish-mash of other fantasy movies, rather than shining with individuality, therefore lacks Disney's emblematic magic, heart, and soul.
