QuickRating: Dave Parker's "The Hills Run Red" is a vapid, generic, and unnecessarily over-worked effort that tries hard to shock with some messy CGI gore and general nastiness, but which ultimately fails to impress thanks to a plot-hole ridden script, horrible acting, an unimaginative masked killer and a very predictable revelation about half-way through. The worst horror flick I've seen this year!
