Quick Review: Shifting from a fake murder mystery with retro looks, to a disaster flick aboutg trail derailment, to an old-fashioned water creature feature, to a supposed to be ghostly supernatural twist in its explanatory finale, "D-Railed" surely suffers from identity crisis as it attempts to cover multiple horror genres, but instead it ends up being one amateurishly- acted and poorly-executed mess of a, well, trainwreck, with the only fun bits being the practical monster and its heavily gory attacks.
