Quick Review: With far more edgy, authentic, and grounded approach at the fairly tired a road-to-stardom scenario, and a-star-is-born turn by Buckley as the troubled, yet spirited, passionate and ambitious UK-based country singer, "Wild Rose" gives an in-depth look at Rose's struggles at balancing her dream career and re- building a bond with her family, but unlike her, the script finely balances drama, comedy and music to deliver one uplifting, moving and funny film, fully in-tune with it itself.
