Quick Review: A grounded, toned- down, and uncommonly subtle take on the superhero genre, without the typical for the latter wild action and overuse of CGIs, "Fast Color" may be very quiet and slow-moving, grim in looks, gritty in feel, and with an obvious lack of budget, but it has more than just superpowers on its mind, delivering a clever, yet moving mother-daughter-granddaughter re- connection story that works well on an emotional level, due to the real bond between its leads.
