Quick Review: Equal parts bloody and goofy and packed with irritating, arrogant characters you can't help but enjoy seeing get ripped in parts, "Victor Crowley", a.k.a. "Hatchet IV" is outrageously ridiculous from the hysterical opening sequence to the abrupt ending, and the practical and gore effects are old school trashy, but compared to the previous two sequels, this one is silly fun at least. It lacks the nastiness of the original, but at least it's fully self-aware of its stupidity and cheapness.
