Ted (2012)
QuickRating: "Ted" has an original, if kinda goofy premise, the fictional title character is utterly adorable, but in a naughty sort of way, and both Mark Wahlberg and the Mila Kunis deliver amusing performances and have an engaging on-screen relationship, but despite all these positive aspects and the undeniable moronic charm it exudes, "Ted" barely lives up to its big potential, and it's not as hysterically funny as it's supposed to be, mainly due to its inconsistency and lack of focus.

It made a ton of money here in the states. Just looked like a one trick pony.
Alex, I know it did. It was quite popular here as well. Apparently, people love to pay to see idiotic stuff. I thought it was okay, but I expected it to be a whole lot funnier.
I haven't seen this, but I've been putting it off because I just don't know.
Mel, I decided to skip it in theaters as well. Didn't know why either. Now, after I saw it, I know... it just wasn't that great.
