QuickRating: Body switching plot? Again? What year are we in?! 1995?! David Dobkin, couldn't you come up with something we haven't seen a thousand times before? Obviously not. Despite its appealing and talented on-screen duo and a couple of amusing moments, "The Change-Up" suffers badly from its hackneyed premise, truly uninspired script and unmemorable jokes, and it's embarrassingly dumb and far from hilarious most of the time.

Yeah, that storyline has been done to death.
Alex, it's annoying, isn't it?
LMAO!!! I HATE these switcheroos. They haven't done a good one since Jodie Foster in the original Freaky Friday from like 1979, I think.
Mel, me too. I'm sick and tired of body switching movies. The Freaky Friday remake was at least funny. This one wasn't. The original rocks!:)
