Quick Review: Half-baked and far- fetched, if never boring, "The Circle" is a cool-looking cyber thriller about digital culture with a few semi-smart thoughts on its mind that challenges privacy, and raises questions about personal data yet the answers it has are vague, verging on clueless, and the entire subject feels so outdated. That along with the sloppy direction, lack of coherence, irritatingly abrupt ending, and waste of acting talent turn this one into a pure example of 'an unfulfilled potential'.
