Quick Review: A darker take on a familiar classic story, whose gloomy tone and more grown-up approach contrast with its playfulness, Serkis' "Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle" is a wild, tense, and thrilling adventure with animatronic special effects and breathtakingly lush jungle scenery, led strongly by Rohan Chand, who is a true force of nature as Mowgli, in a very physically demanding role, surrounded largely by impressively well-crafted CGI animals.

How does it compare to The Jungle Book?
Alex, TJB was better and more lighthearted compared to this one. Mowgli is grimmer.
