Quick Review: Far from Steven Soderbergh's most finest efforts, but surely one of his most creative films, technically or otherwise, "Unsane" is an unsettling psychological stalker mystery that questions the sanity of its main character in a knotty way -- an effect further enhanced by the great performance from Foy, who's takes us on a harrowing mental and emotional journey. Big kudos to the director, who creates a moody visual tone, filming entirely with an iPhone instead of a real camera.
