Quick Review: Neither having the thrills of "47 Meters Down", nor the technical skill of "The Shallows", this sequel may be the first POV shark movie ever, but it never reaches the depths of fear it aims, being way too gimmicky, as it relies on the success of the original to cause interest, and on its 'found footage' filming style to be realistic. It is not easy to execute, and shark scenes are tense, but the flat characters and messy direction make it rather mediocre.
