QuickRating: Despite its intriguing premise about a virus that causes loss of senses, this ambiguously titled apocalyptic drama focuses a lot more on the flat and increasingly tedious romance between the two protagonists, rather than on the actual epidemic, and that's its main flaw. Although "Perfect Sense" impresses with its bleak visuals and neat cinematography, it fails to engage on an emotional level.

Failing to engage on an emotional level when the focus is a relationship is a big problem!
Wow!! Love the gorgeous new look. It's stunning, sweetheart. Just exquisite.
I saw the trailers for this and I have to admit I was rather turned off by the limited focus. It seemed more like it didn't know what it wanted to be, a romance or a post-apocalyptic piece. Great summation, though. I may watch this eventually.
Alex, I know right. :)
Mel, thank you sweetheart. I'm soo glad you like it. Dempsey made the banner for me, and I did the new star ratings. :)
Don't waste your time on this one, unless if you're in a mood for a dark romance. :)
Sounds like another pass.Thanks.
farawayeyes, you'd better skip it. It's nothing special.
Well this sounds like it had the potential and went blah. That's too bad. I might have to skip this one.
I love the new look by the way!! : )
Nicole, exactly. The idea for the virus was great, but it was ruined by an unnecessary sentimentality.
Thank you much for noticing and for liking it. I put a lot of work in this new look. :)
Ah, I once saw a trailer for this which looked pretty interesting - but your review convinces me to skip this one.
Maynard, it was very promising, but at the end it left a bad taste in my mouth. What a disappointment.
