Quick Review: Referring to GMO, and food shortage, but also dealing with animal rights and abuse, "Okja" is relevant, and satirically thought-provoking, and yet the movie works even better as a delightful depiction of true friendship between a human and a creature, captured ravishingly on camera, thanks to Ho's inventive vision and skills. Effortlessly shifting tones, it is adorable, touching, sad, thrilling, and cartoonish all at once, boasting originality, fancy CGIs, and a diversely talented cast.
