Quick Review: It puts a clever 'jew' spin on religious horror and it's dark and sinister -- actually so dark, you can barely see what is going on, blindly waiting for the 'boo' scares, but those flaws aside along with the unsatisfying finale, "The Vigil" is an atmospheric take on haunted house movie about a troubled man fighting a supernatural battle with his inner demons as well as the ones he is trapped with, which works better on a psychological level because of its very ambiguous nature.

Not into religious horror, but sounds interesting.
It was alright, but they could have made it way scarier than it actually was.
