Quick Review: Don't expect much 'fun' from this loud, murky, muddled, and humorless Godzilla sequel with corny script and nonsensical plot, in which the humans have less brains than the giant creatures, but at least "KoM" offers a supersized spectacle of titanic kaiju battles and shattering mass destruction, enhanced by first- class effects, although it under-uses some of its beasts, namely Mothra, along with most of its otherwise top- notch international cast.

The plot made sense to me. The human element wasn't as strong as the last one, but hey, who goes to a Godzilla film to see anything but giant monsters. And on that level, it was awesome.
Alex, you are one of the very few who thought the plot made sense. Yeah, the mosnter were all great, he rest...not so much.
I actually had a lot of FUN with this one. Sorry dude, but as a kaiju fan and some idiot who loves cheese in his movies, this is near perfection for me as a giant monster movie AND a Godzilla movie.
Kaijinu, it was a decent attempt, but nowhere nearly as fun as it could have been.
