Quick Review: This otherwise very ordinary-looking indie movie finely mixes up two completely different subject matters, and manages to deliver an amusing, yet touching story about one teen girl's descent into raw reality -- a story that tires to tell us how not really fun the adult world really is, in the most sincere way possible. John Cusack is good, but it's Emma Roberts that steals the show as the over-ambitious and deluded, yet totally hilarious and charming poet wannabe.
