What a great list there buddy :) I love most of those films especially The Others that still blow my mind with its darkness and rich performance of Nicole Kidman.
Thank you, Jacssy! The list is just as great as yours, cause it consists pretty much the same horror flicks :)
"The Others" was incredible and I agree on everything you're saying, plus it has one of the most original and unpredictable endings in film history. It wasn't scary, but it was thoroughly spooky!
-Comedies:
All 3 are highly entertaining, especially SOTD which I ADORE!!
-Top10:
I love LTROI, Orphanage, 28DL, Martyrs, Others, Ring, Descent & REC.
REC2 wasn't my cup of tea.
Haven't seen Backbone yet...
Overall, a great list full of awesome contemporary classics and wonderful gems.
I miss some of the gorier and more violent stuff, but overall I like your Top 30 .)
Maynard, you know I still prefer Zombieland over Shaun. That said, I loved both films, and Slither was a blast too.
I know you;re not a fan of REC2, but I was impressed with it because they went in a direction I didn't see coming. So creative!
Thank you, buddy. I'm so happy you liked it.
Please, name some of the films you missed on my list.
