Quick Review: Essentially divided into two pretty distinctive halves that contrast drastically, if not shockingly, with the first one being an emotional domestic drama with a touch of nice old-fashioned romance, followed by a brutal, and hyper violent war story that contains one of the bloodiest, most uncompromising, and skillfully-executed battle sequences ever put on film and led by Andrew Garfield's outstanding performance, "Hacksaw Ridge" is inspiring, heroic, humane, and masterfully-crafted.

Well said. I thought it was excellent and a possible Oscar contender.
