  1. These are some great tunes. I'm putting together my list as well. It's really hard, but I'm picking songs that have important meanings and memories to me. I love the Mariah, Boys II Men song, too. :)

  2. Thanks, Mel. Glad you liked those ;) Oh, it was extremely hard for me as well, and that's why I decided my list to include club traxx only. All of them mean something to me, of course. Mariah and Boyz II Men collaboration is simply amazing! Can't wait to hear your top 10 tunes!

  3. Clever to include the music! I went with album covers. You and Dezz both went for unique.
    Thanks for participating!

  4. No, thank YOU, Alex! :) I love your blogfests, and I'm happy to be a part of them. ;) Glad you found it unique.

  5. I'm glad to see MySpace has found its purpose....
It's a great resource for music.

  6. Andrew, in fact, I didn't use it for the tunes, but only for the artists' profiles.

  7. Awesome list my man. Ima big house fan myself!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Matt, really? I'm so glad to hear that. I thought I was the only house fan here :) Which one did you like most?

  9. Eric Pyrdz-Pjanoo. It's epic. It has that rim rocking quality where I can listen to it while dropping beats at the club or sitting in front of my computer looking for inspiration.

House music is the shit! I am fortunate to live near NYC, so I can get my ample dosing whenever I need it. I've convinced many of my friends to really appreciate it too.

Judging by your stellar list, you know your house music. So anytime you come across some fresh house, holler at me. I'm always looking for that new track.

    Thanks!

  10. Matt, it's truly epic, indeed. :) i've been into house music since the late 90s, so I'm pretty familiar with it, and which genres I like the most. Progressive house is my absolute favorite genre! As for the best artists/DJs, the following are my favorites: Seamus Haji, Wawa, Stonebridge, Dave Spoon, Kaskade, Freemasons, Serge Devant, Sharam, John Creamer, Hernan Cattaneo, Romain Curtis.. etc.
I'll be glad to share some fresh house tunes with you, buddy :)

  19. Nothing looked familiar on this list. I'm really don't know much about music, though. I stumble across things I like now and again but am blissfully ignorant of the rest of the world.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  35. So glad you put the music on. I would have just said "never heard of them" to most, but after hearing them, I have heard a lot of them. I liked them all, I do treadmill to music like this. #7 is my fav. stole it from my son. Oh, no BT or Weekend Players on the list?

    ReplyDelete

#7 is pretty amazing, though I have no clue who's track is that. Shoot! Nope, BT are too trancy for my taste. I prefer progressive house. Thanks for the comment.

    ReplyDelete
