Quick Review: Certainly not one of Aardman Animations' most polished achievements, but still fun, amusing and charming enough to keep you entertainined, "Early Man" is rather superficial in terms of story and at times a bit too goofy, and while the imagery is not necessarily stunning, the craftsmenship of the stop motion is hard to fault, and the execution effortless as always, which kind of compensates for the sheer lack of depth, substance, purpose, emotion and notable characters.
I heard this one fell a bit short. Shame since Chicken Run and the Wallace and Gromit movies and shorts are so brilliant.
