Quick Review: Refreshing in its oddity and exciting in its cruelty, this comically dark feature may be a bit too moody to be everyone's cup of tea, but those hungry for something unusual will value "Thoroughbreds" peculiar mixture of ideas, as its at the same time a relationship-driven drama with solid amount of tension, wickedly bonkers crime thriller, and black comedy, all balanced smoothly enough to work finely as a whole, complemented by the superb acting from the two maim leads.
