[1.50/10] Jack and Jill (2011)

Jack and Jill (2011)

QuickRating: Let's be completely honest - Adam Sandler's double-performance in "Jack and Jill" is disastrously bad - he's boring as Jack and incredibly annoying as Jill. And the movie itself is both. No, actually, it's much worse than that - it's dumb, loud, at times disturbingly cruel and most definitely not funny. Arguably the worst movie of 2011, and hands down Adam Sandler 's worst movie in his career. Al Pacino, shame on you for taking this role!

It was a torture to watch, but while I was watching it, I kept saying through myself: C'mon sissy, you can do it. LOL. :)

I meant TO myself not THROUGH myself. LOL.

Yep, I'm a tough guy. :P

Harry, this garbage would have fitted perfectly into the Project Terrible. It's even creepier than most of the films you reviewed. LOL.

I can't stand Adam Sandler. Just can't do it. You are a stronger soul than I am for suffering through it!

Oh god is there anything worse than Adam Sandler starring alongside Adam Sandler? Frankly the fact the script calls for a complete ignorance to the difference between monozygotic and dizygotic twins is enough for me to pass. Lazy lazy writing.

M. Hufstader, it's not that I can't stand him, but I'm not a fan at all. He's a one trick pony and not particularly funny.

Oh, yes I am. I'm a cinematic masochist sometimes. LOL.

John, not there's nothing worse than a double Sandler movie. It was definitely the dumbest movie I've seen in a while.

Adam Sandler twice in one movie. Just say NO. Wondering how it got a 1.5?

George Beremov [Nebular] said...

farawayeyes, it got 1.5 because of Katie Holmes, partially Al Pacino and the beautiful mansion it was set. :)
