[4.50/10] Your Highness (2011)

Your Highness (2011)

QuickRating:
David Gordon Green's latest effort boasts beautiful scenery, and succeeds partially in the acting depatment because of its uber-talented A-list cast, yet unfortunately, "Your Highness" falls short on pretty much every other aspect - the jokes are ridiculously lame, the script is uninspired, the CGIs are sub-par, and the pacing is incredibly off. If you want to see the most amusing parts of the movie, just check out the trailer instead.

Yeah, that one just looked bad.

Oh I completely concur on this one. Thank God I did not pay to see this. What a stinker. You are generous with the four and half stars. I thought the acting was just alright, but God those jokes were so lame, they should have been put out to pasture. They were funnier when Monty Python did them back in the 70's. Wait, Monty Python is still better LOL.

Alex, it was just as bad as it looked.

Mel, I didn't pay a thing to see it either. I gave it 4.5 stars for the cast and the scenery. Apart from that is was lame at best. Monty Python may be 30 years old, but it's definitely funnier that this crap of a medival comedy.

LOL! Thank goodness I skipped this one during its theatrical run previously.

Thanks for assuring that for me! :)

J-Son, I wish I could laugh out loud during the movie, but sadly it was painfully unfunny. It's sad that this great cast was wasted. Completely.

You should be happy you skipped this crap, buddy.
